Description

This sailing houseboat, a pavilion jalk, was completely rebuilt and refitted by SRF in Harlingen in 2001. Thanks to her generous width, the rear accommodation in the pavilion, the open cockpit, the wheelhouse over the full width, the spacious saloon with open kitchen, the possibility to place a small passenger car in the ship and the front cabin, she offers many possibilities for use and layout. However, it should be mentioned that maintenance in recent years has lagged behind, which has led to considerable repair work on the interior. This has already been taken into account when determining the asking price.

Particulars:
- Last underwater ship treatment 09-2024
- Union Binnenschip Certificate (UBC) zone 2 Netherlands, EU zone 3+4, Waal / Lek / NL Rhine (valid until 01-2032)
- Survey report underwater ship present (09-2024)
- SSR British registered (Small Ships Register)
- Hull shape is suitable for dry-docking
- Underwater hull almost completely doubled
- Offered in the condition she is in now
- Floor plan is not to scale and is for illustration purposes only

This is a beautiful hull that was surveyed for recertification in September 2024. This is an interesting project ship, where a new owner can modify the ship to their own liking and possibly expand the accommodation further, for example by converting the current "garage". All in all, a ship with a lot of potential for the handy do-it-yourselfer or for a buyer who wants to have the work done by a shipyard. Given the current asking price, this is certainly an attractive opportunity.

Very suitable ship to sail the European canals and rivers.
