Description

This neat and well maintained Linssen Grand Sturdy Variotop Mark II is finished in an anthracite metallic colored hull with an ivory colored superstructure.

The current owner had a complete refit carried out in 2018 in which both the hull and superstructure were reconserved and repainted. Also, all navigation equipment was renewed at that time, making the vessel suitable for a large sailing area. The entire navigation is now equipped with Raymarine instruments. In addition, a radar and AIS have been installed.

The variotop allows you to sail in all weather conditions. The complete and spacious layout will quickly make you feel at home.

The ship is also equipped with many comforts such as comfortable sofas and chairs, finished in beige leather. The composition of materials gives the interior a spacious and luxurious feel. By means of the hydronautica remote control, the engines and bow thruster can be easily operated remotely and with the use of the center bollard, this ship is easy to maneuver solo and easy to moor in ports and locks. The radar mast is hydraulically operated to facilitate passage. New antifouling was applied in 2024.

The owner has extensive documentation regarding maintenance history, modifications and other legal documents. There is also a recent inspection report available for inspection.
